By accessing or using GetFlightLoads ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

GetFlightLoads provides a platform for airline employees to check flight loads, passenger seat availability (PSA), and related information for non-revenue standby travel. We offer free credits on signup with the option to purchase additional credits as needed. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

The Service is intended for use by airline industry professionals, including airline employees, travel professionals, and authorized personnel. By using the Service, you represent that:

• •You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• •You will use the Service for lawful purposes only

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You agree NOT to:

• •Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• •Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• •Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• •Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• •Impersonate another person or entity
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You must create an account to use GetFlightLoads. When you create an account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• •Be responsible for all activities under your account

We provide free credits on signup and offer the option to purchase additional credits as needed. We reserve the right to:

• •Set and modify credit allocation and pricing
• •Suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service
• •Implement rate limiting to prevent system abuse

Flight information can change rapidly due to factors including but not limited to:

• •Last-minute bookings or cancellations
• •Aircraft changes or operational decisions
• •Weather conditions or operational constraints
• •Data synchronization delays

We strongly recommend verifying all information with the airline before making travel decisions. We are not responsible for any travel disruptions, missed flights, or other consequences resulting from reliance on our data.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GetFlightLoads and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• •Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• •Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• •Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETFLIGHTLOADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• •Travel disruptions or missed flights
• •Personal injury or property damage
• •Costs of substitute services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetFlightLoads and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• •Your use of the Service
• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• •Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• •Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetFlightLoads regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
